1. Free Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. No deduction is made for cancellations within this period.
2. Late Cancellation and No-Show
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pick-up time, or if you do not show up at the pick-up location (no-show), a charge of up to one day's rental fee may be applied, depending on the supplier's terms.
3. Refund Process
If you paid online, the refund will be credited to the card used for payment within 5–14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank.
4. Changes
You can send requests to change the date, location or vehicle to info@fiyucar.com or by phone (0850 255 01 81). Changes are subject to availability and any price difference.
5. Manage Booking
You can view or cancel your booking on the Manage Booking page using your booking number and surname.
