- Drivers must be 23–75 years old with at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Drivers from countries that require it need an International Driving Permit.
- Minimum rental is 3 days.
- The deposit is 200 USD in cash (no credit card hold), or the customer can take Full Insurance and pay no deposit.
- Full payment is made at pickup by card or bank transfer.
- CDW and TPL insurance included. At-fault excess is 200 USD; Full Insurance (40 GEL/day, max 400 GEL) removes it.
- A police report is required for every accident; without it, insurance is void.
- Crossing into Armenia is possible with a 5-day minimum and a 190 GEL border fee. Armenian TPL insurance must be bought at the border. Citizens of Eurasian Economic Union countries cannot cross.
- Unlimited mileage. Fuel policy: full to full.
- Winter tires included from November to April.
- Returns more than 2 hours late are charged an extra full day.
- Sedans and minivans may not be driven on unpaved roads. David Gareja is 4x4 only.
- Prohibited roads for all cars (500 USD penalty): Pshaveli–Omalo, Ananuri–Shatili, Vashlovani Reserve, Bakuriani–Tabatskuri, Chobiskhevi–Kahisi Lake, Koruldi Lakes, Truso road.
- Bookings starting within 24 hours must be confirmed by phone/WhatsApp first.
